What the forms collect
The order forms on this site, one for cakes and one for cupcakes and treats, ask for your name, phone number, email address, the date of your event, any allergy or dietary information you choose to provide, and any photo you upload for reference.
Why it is collected
This information is used to quote for and fulfil your cake order.
Lawful basis
We process this information because you have asked us to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and because you give your consent by submitting the form.
Who processes it
Form submissions, including any photos you attach, are sent to us by email through Cloudflare, the company that hosts this website, acting as a data processor on our behalf. Cloudflare's infrastructure operates outside the United Kingdom.
How long it is kept
A retention period has not yet been confirmed. This section will be updated once one is set.
Your rights
You can ask what personal data is held about you, ask for inaccurate data to be corrected, ask for your data to be deleted, and object to how your data is used.
